Check In and Check Out

Check in any time between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive later than 5:00 pm, please let us know.

Check out is by 11:00 am the following morning.

Early check in and late check out are available as upgrades to your stay. 

Guidelines and Suite Rules

• No smoking.
• Please turn off all lights and the AC unit when leaving the property.
• No open flames (candles, wax burners, etc.). 
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may require a pet deposit.
  
• Suite guests may not host parties or events in the Suite.
• Guests who exceed designated check in or check out time frames will be charged a fee. 

Incidentals

A credit card will be held for any incidentals. This includes damage to the property, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements or otherwise, as deemed appropriate and necessary. 

Refunds and Cancellations

Please note all donations are non-refundable, even in the case of guest cancellation of the stay. Please consider adding Reschedule Insurance to your purchase if you are concerned that you may need to change the date of your stay. 

The Satanic Temple Salem reserves the right to cancel a stay, for any reason. In this unlikely event, a refund will be issued. 

Weddings and On-Site Events

There may be weddings, events or Salem Art Gallery programming happening inside the main building of The Satanic Temple Salem on the same evening/night as your stay.
